These terms govern your use of finvigilante.com and the FinVigilante newsletter, published by Top Tennis America LLC ("we", "us"). By subscribing or using the site you agree to them.

What you are buying

A subscription to a newsletter of general technical analysis: chart patterns in US stocks, with the levels our method assigns to them. It is published to all paid members on the same schedule and is not tailored to you. It is not investment advice, and we are not your adviser, broker, or fiduciary. See the Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, to the card you provide through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Partial periods are not refunded. If something went wrong on our side (duplicate charge, access failure we could not fix), write to support@finvigilante.com and we will make it right.
  • Prices may change. A change applies to new members right away and to existing members at their next renewal, with notice by email beforehand.

Your account

One subscription is for one person. Keep your sign-in link private. Do not share, forward, repost, scrape, or resell member content; we may end a subscription that does, without refund. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link.

Content and availability

Content is provided as is. We aim to publish after every market close and every Sunday but do not guarantee a schedule, uninterrupted access, or that any level, date, or figure is free of error. Data comes from third-party sources we do not control. We may change, pause, or discontinue the newsletter; if we discontinue a paid plan we will refund the unused portion of any yearly subscription.

Comments and conduct

Comments are for discussion of the setups. Keep them civil, do not post anything unlawful or that you do not have the right to post, and do not solicit. We may remove comments or members at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The site, newsletter, charts, text, and the method behind them are ours or licensed to us. Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence to read them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from the content or from your use of or inability to use the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it, and we will email paid members about material changes. Questions: support@finvigilante.com.
